1. Open the Countdown Menu

   Press and hold Power/Countdown until the countdown duration begins flashing.

2. Set the Duration

   Use + or - to change the countdown time.

3. Start the Countdown

   Stop pressing the buttons. The countdown begins when the displayed duration stops flashing.

4. Stop the Countdown if Needed

   Press Power/Countdown. The countdown stops and the timer returns to the Home screen.
