Why did I receive an "Address Not Found" error message when entering my billing or shipping address?

Step-by-Step Resolution

1. Verify the Address

   Confirm that all parts of the address are correct, specifically address line 1, address line 2 and the ZIP code.

2. Check for PO Boxes

   If you are using a PO Box, make sure that only the billing address or the shipping address contains a PO Box. Intermatic does not currently support PO Boxes for both addresses.
