Select DT27 Heavy-Duty Digital Timers were recalled on January 9, 2008.

Only DT27 Timers with an 04B manufacturing code are affected by this recall.

How to Identify an Affected DT27 Timer

To find the manufacturing code on your DT27 Timer, look on the right-hand side of the label placed on the back of the timer. 

Locate the manufacturing code on the back of the timer. The following image shows the back of the DT27 and the manufacturing code identification area.

Your DT27 Timer is affected if the manufacturing code is 04B.
