How do I accept and place a warranty replacement quote on my desktop computer?
Step-by-Step Resolution
Locate the Account Activation Email
Locate the email titled Insite Commerce Account Activation in your inbox. If you do not see it, check your spam or junk folder.
Activate Your Account
Click Activate Account in the activation email.
Create Your Password
Enter a password that meets all listed requirements, then click Reset Password.
Sign In
Enter the email address that received the activation email and the password you just created, then click Sign In.
Open My Quotes
Hover over your email address in the gray bar at the top of the page to open the drop-down menu. Click My Quotes.
Open the Quote
Click the blue quote number that begins with WEB. The quote number shown in the example will differ from yours.
Accept the Sales Quote
Click Accept Sales Quote.
Verify the Addresses
Verify that both addresses are correct. For service-station replenishment orders, the shipping address will not match the billing address and should not be changed.
Continue to Shipping
Click Continue.
Select the Shipping Method
Select your carrier and carrier service. Shipping and handling charges vary by carrier and service.
Enter Payment Information
Select Credit Card as the payment method, then enter all required credit card information marked with an asterisk (*). A PO number is not required.
Complete the Verification
Click the checkbox next to I'm not a robot and wait for the green check mark to appear.
Place the Order
After the green check mark appears, click Place Order.
