How do I accept and place a warranty equipment quote on my mobile device?
Step-by-Step Resolution
Open the Account Activation Email
Locate the email titled Insite Commerce Account Activation in your inbox. If you do not see it, check your spam or junk folder.
Tap Activate Account
In the email, tap the blue button labeled Active Account.
Set Your Password
Enter a password that meets all listed requirements, then tap Reset Password.
Sign In
Enter the email address that received the activation email, along with the password you just created, then tap Sign In.
Open the Menu
Tap the three horizontal lines (menu icon) in the top-left corner of the page.
Open the Account Dropdown
Tap the arrow to the right of the box that displays your account email address.
Select My Quotes
Tap My Quotes.
Open Your WEB Quote
Tap the blue quote number that begins with WEB. The number in the example below will differ from yours.
Confirm the Billing and Shipping Addresses
Verify both addresses are correct, then tap Continue. For service-station replenishment orders, the shipping address will not match the billing address and should not be changed.
Select a Carrier and Service
Scroll down to the Select Carrier box. Tap to choose your carrier, then tap to choose the shipping service for that carrier.
Enter Card Information
Scroll down and tap each item in the highlighted box to enter your card information. A PO Number is not required.
Complete the Verification and Place the Order
Scroll back to the top of the page. Tap the box next to I'm not a robot and wait for the green check mark. Once the check mark appears, tap Place Order.
Confirm Order Completion
You will see a screen showing Thank you for your order. Your warranty order is complete and no further action is needed.
Tips / Additional Notes
- If you do not see the Insite Commerce Account Activation email, check your spam or junk folder before requesting a new one.
- A PO Number is not required to place a warranty order.
- For service-station replenishment orders, the shipping address is intentionally different from the billing address. Do not change it.
- Save the order confirmation screen or email for your records.
