How do I activate the DoubleTime feature on my EI-200 Series timer?

Common Installation / Application Conditions

EI-200 Series models offer different preset countdown intervals. The top Program button has two time durations printed on it. For example, the button may show 30M/60M. The first time is the standard duration and the second time is the DoubleTime duration.

Step-by-Step Resolution

1. Locate the Top DoubleTime Button

   Find the Program button that has two time durations printed on it, such as 30/60M, at the top of the timer. This is the DoubleTime button. 

2. Activate DoubleTime

   Press and hold the button for 2 seconds. The timer starts the DoubleTime duration, which will countdown for the second time printed on the button.

3. Confirm DoubleTime Mode

   Check the LED next to the DoubleTime button. The LED flashes twice to confirm that DoubleTime mode is active.

Tips / Additional Notes

• Press and release the button once to start the first duration printed on it.
• Pressing any Program button while a countdown is running restarts the countdown using the duration selected by the last Program button pressed.
• Press the Power (ON/OFF) button to stop a running countdown and turn the connected load OFF.
