How do I program a TN111 or TN311 Plug-In Timer?
Common Installation / Application Conditions

Install the ON and OFF Trippers
Insert the trippers into the desired ON and OFF time slots around the timer dial. Use green trippers for ON events and red trippers for OFF events. Press each tripper fully into its slot.
Rotate the Dial One Full Turn
Turn the timer dial clockwise one complete revolution to ensure the trippers are properly seated and the timer mechanism is ready to follow the schedule.
Set the Current Time
Continue rotating the dial clockwise until the current time of day aligns with the arrow or time indicator on the face of the timer.
Plug the Timer Into the Wall Outlet
Insert the timer into a standard 125-volt wall outlet.
Plug the Load Into the Timer
Plug the lamp or device into the timer’s receptacle. Make sure the device’s own power switch is set to the ON position.
